Refund policy

We strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied Tutorpur.com services. However, we understand that there are several situations which may warrant a refund. Please read below for the refund policy regarding specific cases:

Full refund

A 100% refund is possible only within 30 days of transferring money to your Tutorpur.com account, and if you meet any of the below scenarios:

• You transferred money to your Tutorpur.com account via NEFT, Cheque or Online, and haven't used the money to do any transaction, or
• You transferred money to your Tutorpur.com account via NEFT, Cheque or Online, posted tuition requests for which you didn't get any response and you cancelled those tuition requests

In case you meet any of the above scenarios, please contact us with the Transaction ID within 30 days of making the transfer.

Refund after 30 days of making payment

A refund after 30 days is not possible. However, you can place a withdrawal request by signing in to your account. This would be a normal withdrawal request which is applicable to all users.
